I PAID A $125 DEPOSIT,TRUCK NEVER GOT MOVED,I CALLED TO GET A REFUND AND THEY STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS,HAD TO *67 THEM TO GET THEM TO PICKUP THE CALLS,THEY LIED AND MADE UP TONS OF EXCUSES,HEY EVEN PROMISED ME A REFUND TO GET RID OF ME CALLING,IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS BAD BUSINESS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.I LEFT A REVIEW ON ANOTHER SITE AND THESE CROOKS DELETED IT THE SAME DAY,THEY WILL *** YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS,THE SHOULD BE IN PRISON FOR FRAUD,DECEPTION AND THIEVERY.

I did shipping in Novmeber, 2012. Alex contacted me over phone and received 150$ deposit. Also charged me totally 975$ which is very good price when compared to other transporting companies. Picked up my CRV in next 3 days and delivered exactly 4 days from Cleveland to Phoenix. They were nice and professional to me. Also, maintained their promise of delivery within time. I don't know about others business with them but surprised to see lot of negative comments. Hopefully they do good business atleast in future to avoid these negative remarks. All the best to new customers for good service.

Negative reviews finally caught up with these *** and it looks like they FINALLY got what they deserved. You can't continue to do business like these guys did and think that you will be able to stay in business for long and I for one am glad to see that they are no longer an active company. I know that they will be back soon and will most likely be operating under a different name but keep an eye out for a new company operating around Miramar Florida with employees named Dave, David, Peter and Bradley. They will continue to be *** and steal your money so be forewarned. Their website is down, phone numbers don't work and I hope that they are living with their parents now. As the old saying goes - "what comes around goes around" and these *** got just what they deserved. I know they are not the only stealing, lying, cheating worthless company out there but at least they are no longer operating and just like the nagging flies and mosquitos - you have to swat em down one at a time. GOOD RIDDANCE TO 1 SHOT EXPRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read the reviews but couldn't beat the price so I decided to give 1 Shot Express Transport a chance and I am kicking myself now for being so ***. Read the reviews and don't be as dumb as I was. The reviews speak for themselves and if you review 10 other companies, NONE of them will have as many negative reviews as 1 Shot Express and it is truly amazing that they have SO MANY negative reviews every single month. Dave and Peter have taken my money and will not return my calls or emails and I'm to the point that I will have to work with my credit card company to "hopefully" get my money back. I'm a pretty easy going person and rarely post anything about any experiences that I have had but I felt that if I do post my bad experience that I had with 1 Shot Express that it may convince the next person to go with another company to avoid getting screwed around like I was along with a large number of people before me. When you're looking for a "broker" to have your vehicle transported, stay FAR FAR away from 1 Shot Express Transport. They are the absolute WORST!!!!

I was disappointed to see some negative reviews, so even though I got my car in March 2013 I wanted to tell you about it. It was great. Prompt, professional, I think the best price - if not then definitely the best value and customer service. Rep (Alex) was nice - not pushy - quick and efficient - we actually did 2 cars - also one from WA to AL. In both cases cars arrived on time or early, truck personnel were very gentle, cars were in great shape, and the itemization of damages/dings was perfect and matched what I had bought (these were EBay cars). I'm going to use them again and get another quote. It really could not have gone better. Saved gas, trouble, and the issue of driving a car you just bought without having it inspected first - gas is so expensive I had never thought of transporting a car before, but saving the time, trouble and wear and tear on the vehicles for just a little more money was/is a no-brainer to me now.

I contracted 1 Shot Express to pick up and deliver my car and paid the upfront deposit of $150. My car was supposed to be picked up the first week in October and when the pickup date came and went, the runaround from 1 Shot Express started. They stated that they were getting a more "reliable" driver for the following day that they have had on standby so being gullible, I thanked them and waited for the call the next day. Guess what - no call, no email, nothing,,,,zip, zero, nada! I called them back and they assured me that they would pick the car up on Monday and let me know the driver's information in 2 hours. Guess what - same BS from before. It has now been 2 weeks and my car still sits with the original owner. Had I done my homework and researched 1 Shot Express, I would have found the LARGE number of negative reviews and would have gone elsewhere. These guys, (Bradley and Dave are the 2 I spoke with most) are probably working out of their grandma's basement collecting credit card deposits. BEWARE - my credit card information was stolen 2 days after I gave them my info for deposit and fraudulent charges were being racked up across the country. Luckily my car company called to verify the charges and refunded my account for all of the fraudulent charges including the one for $150 from 1 Shot Express. Stay FAR FAR away from this company. READ the reviews and find a "broker" at another company as there are several that haven't had a negative review in a LONG time. 1 Shot Express has SEVERAL negative reviews in just the past month so save yourself a LOT of headaches and RUN. This company will fill you with so much BS and try to steal your money. I have had several cars transported across country but have never had such a BAD experience as I had with 1 Shot Express. NEVER AGAIN!!! BAN 1 Shot Express from doing business!!! "F" rating from Better Business Bureau!!! TONS of negative reviews on Transportation Reviews dot com. LOOK, READ and RUN!!!!!!

Bradley, Dave, Peter, Elaine,,,,they're all worthless! They take your deposit and leave you hanging. They don't answer calls or emails and should be ashamed of how they conduct business. Take your business somewhere else other than 1 Shot Express. Read the reviews all over the internet. They have one of the worst track records and more negative reviews than 10 other companies combined. 1 Shot Express should not be allowed to continue business and hopefully will start losing enough of the collected deposits that they have to shut down. Don't let them steal your money too like they have to so many. 1 Shot Express SUCKS!!!!!!

1 shot express transport gives people in the transportation business a bad name. Some guff ball called that my wife asked him to call me for payment to transport my car. After giving him my credit card info, i called my wife to inform her that i have paid the transport fee; that was when she told me that she did not authorized anyone to call me for money. What she told the guff ball after he continued to harass her for money was to call me just to get him off her back. I immediately called to cancel the transaction, but guff ball kept arguing with me over *** stuffs. In all my life doing business; i have never heard where a person calls to cancel a transaction and that person is being put through such an ordeal and mental stress to cancel transaction. Warning, please be careful when you do business with this company because they are not trustworthy and they lack professionalism.

I offered to leave a review for this company which I did in another website and I was asked to leave a review here if possible. I agreed because not only did they do a fantanstic job but they are incredible polite.

While looking at this site I couldn't help but wonder how can a company have excellent reating in controlled site and such poor rating here. I was told by the company they did not care much about little things like this where I'm not the only one putting two and two together and that in the last four years of business without having to change their name to mascarade what others do they built a repeted customer clientel and they send new customers to hear firsthand what their business is all about.

Very smart I must say, that's why they stay on top. 8)

I gave this company a deposit of $200. They said they could get the pickup done within 5 business days. 15 business days later, nothing. Then they told me they would need more money to offer a driver, then told me they would text me (???) over the weekend the information regarding the driver and pickup. No one EVER texted, never heard from anyone. Then they told me the driver wanted $150 more to pick up the vehicle, and I agreed. They debited my account and now will not answer the phone when I call. I'm sure that's why they took all of my phone numbers initially when they had me sign this bogus contract. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

One Shot Express Transport - this company stole our $200 deposit and never performed the transport service they agreed to. David and Rene cannot be trusted. They claim to be accredited by the BBB on their homepage, but if you read the BBB profile – you will clearly see: “This Business is not BBB Accredited”! In fact, they have a rating of F. Long wait times, failure to return phone calls, and just rude service. I am sick that I ever considered using this business. Nobody should ever consider doing business with these thieves.

Where is you ID reefertek. Is this all you got? did you see our webpage? We have it advertise on our page that we do not deal with BBB we do not answer to them.

Why you may ask, because if you want to talk about scams you have to take a look at them first and then at yourself.

I have a suggestion for you though, try working like us instead of being on reefertek to long because we are kicking your behind and you don't like it. :cry

my husband and are in the marines and we moved fo VA to CA my car was going to to be picked up 3 days after we left.It's been a month and a half and I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR.everytimes we call them the keept saying they where on it and that they would *** money but still no car so no car,no money.i called and cancaled they said they would give me our money back but will see.the BS thing about it is we looked them and they have a good rating with bbb. we had to go to someone else.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I'll be willing to bet it was a bit more than what you told us you wanted to pay after we gave you the correct price but what's amazing to me is how many experts like yourself we get on the phone daily that know more than us about the auto shipping industry. And one last detail charlie, do you want to publish your contract or should I? So readers can see that after requesting you ridiculous price we asked for 7 to 15 days to pickup the vehicle and that we did not scam a penny from you.

And we stay in business because we are good charlie why else. 8)

Dave finally answered and called me an idiot,I was dealing with this gay guy named Rene,guess his mother knew what to name him or I guess her,They promised me a full refund and never ever refunded nothing.I will be contacting the Florida dept of transportation and any other places I seem fit.
